A campaign applies a supported flow to the contacts enrolled from an audience. Use this checklist to move from a tested flow to a controlled launch.

Before you begin

Confirm that you have:
  • a static or live audience with the intended contacts;
  • a saved and tested Voice or Multichannel flow;
  • an available phone number when the selected flow calls directly or invokes a Voice sub-flow;
  • enough credits for the intended activity;
  • approved organization or campaign-specific calling hours;
  • consent and operational approval required by your organization.
Review the audience and flow carefully. Their binding cannot be replaced after campaign creation. A static audience launches from a membership snapshot, while a live audience can continue enrolling contacts that match its rules while the campaign runs.

Create the campaign

1

Start a new campaign

Open Campaigns and choose the action to create a campaign.
2

Add general information

Give the campaign a clear name and objective. Use a naming convention that helps operators distinguish region, purpose, and launch period.
3

Connect the audience and flow

Select the audience to enroll and the saved Voice or Multichannel flow to run.
4

Configure the schedule

Set the start and optional stop timing. Review the displayed timezone before confirming operational times.
5

Choose calling hours

For both Voice and Multichannel campaigns, choose organization hours, define custom hours, or deliberately choose unrestricted operation if your policy allows it.
6

Assign phone numbers

If voice is required, select the available number or numbers shown by Gomobile.
7

Configure eligible retries

Voice campaigns can use a fixed delay and maximum attempts or specific retry dates. Maximum attempts includes the initial call. Keep every retry within the campaign’s active period.
8

Review the summary

Before launch, review the current audience count, flow, timing, phone numbers, calling hours, and retry plan. After activation, check the enrolled-contact count; it can differ from the earlier audience count.
9

Save or launch

Save a draft when the operation still needs review. Launch only when every setting and prerequisite is correct.
Contact hours apply to messaging as well as voice initiation. Messages can wait for the next permitted window. Actions within an existing live call can be exempt; these settings do not establish legal compliance.

After launch

Open the campaign detail to monitor status and progress. Depending on its state, you can pause, resume, stop, or remove the campaign using the actions Gomobile makes available.
  • Pause prevents new campaign work from starting. Depending on timing, work or retries already scheduled may still proceed.
  • Resume allows an eligible paused campaign to start new work again.
  • Stop cancels pending campaign work. Calls already in progress may finish.
See Understand the campaign lifecycle before managing a running campaign. Use these views for investigation:
  • Campaign results for enrolled contacts, settled progress, outcome buckets, tries, channel results, funnel, agent metrics, sub-flow reports, and credits.
  • Runs for the automation path and values used for an individual contact.
  • Calls for a voice interaction’s source, outcome, timeline, transcript and recordings when present, and cost.

Expected result

The campaign enters the selected lifecycle state. When active and inside its allowed schedule, eligible contacts begin progressing through the selected flow.

If the campaign does not start

  • Confirm its start time has arrived and its stop time has not passed.
  • Check that the current time is inside the selected calling hours.
  • Confirm the audience contains eligible contacts.
  • Verify that the flow is saved and valid.
  • Confirm any required phone number is assigned.
  • Check available credits.
  • Review the campaign detail for its current status and any visible failure reason.

Review platform concepts

Revisit runs, calls, tries, outcomes, and credits.
