Use a Voice flow to perform one controlled channel test.

Before you begin

Set up your account, prepare a test contact with a number you control, and check your credits. You need an available caller number.
1

Create the flow

In Flows, create a Voice flow and give it a recognizable test name.
2

Configure the action

Add a Text to speech step, review the voice settings, and connect the call path. Use a message such as “This is a Gomobile test call.”
3

Save and review

Connect the intended path and save. Resolve any validation errors before testing.
4

Test the saved flow

Open Test and choose your test contact or verified number. Choose Call the contact and an available caller ID. Confirm the destination and start the test.
5

Inspect the run

Check the resulting run timeline and the call in Calls. Confirm that the intended step executed.

Expected result

Your test phone rings and plays the configured message when you answer. The run records the automation path.

Troubleshooting

Save changes before testing, supply all values the flow reads, and check the required channel resource and credits. Investigate the run’s failure details if the action does not complete. A test performs real channel activity and may consume credits. See build and test a flow for the complete testing process. Next: launch a campaign.
