Gomobile is a customer-engagement platform for teams that run outbound campaigns, receive inbound calls, automate multichannel journeys, and use AI voice agents. A phone number is the primary identifier for a contact.

What you can do

Manage customer data

Create contacts, add custom attributes, import lists, and review a contact’s interaction history.

Build audiences

Choose contacts manually with a static audience or use rules to maintain a live audience automatically.

Automate journeys

Build Voice and Multichannel flows with supported voice steps, conditions, contact updates, tags, calls, SMS, and approved WhatsApp templates.

Run campaigns

Schedule an audience and flow, respect calling hours, configure eligible retries, and monitor outcomes.

Handle inbound voice

Route an available phone number to an AI agent or Voice flow and review its history and results.

Configure AI agents

Define the agent’s instructions, welcome message, voice setup, and compatible knowledge base, then publish it for inbound use.

Manage WhatsApp messages

Create templates, submit them for approval, and personalize messages with variables. Test approved templates and send them through campaigns and flows.

Understand activity

Investigate runs, calls, outcomes, timelines, transcripts and recordings when present, funnels, and credit usage.

What each channel supports

You can create SMS-only, WhatsApp-only, or combined campaigns using a Multichannel flow. Configure SMS and WhatsApp messages as actions within the flow, and add a Voice sub-flow when calls are needed.

Workspace administration

Manage your organization’s calling hours, account security, API keys, and credit balance. Administrators can require two-step verification for organization members. Before launching a campaign, check that your organization has the phone numbers, SMS sender IDs, or WhatsApp connection needed for the channels you plan to use.
