An organization is your team’s Gomobile workspace. Contacts, audiences, flows, campaigns, and API access belong to that organization. An API key accesses resources in its own organization. A resource ID from another organization does not grant access. Available phone numbers, SMS sender IDs, credits, and calling hours determine which workflows you can run. Your role determines which actions you can perform. Navigation and controls can remain visible even when an action is restricted. Start with account setup and the workspace tour.
